Good size then.I'm sure he's looking forward to getting in his New home can't wait to see some pictures when it's all set up.a.carpet bottom does sound good but I know that my mbu does enjoy blowing holes in the sand and he wouldn't be able to then.CoryWM wrote:I'd say roughly 24 inches including tail as he takes up half the tank when facing one end in the 75 gallon.

What causes a tank to break like that? I'm also going to have nightmares now.

She said it was a crack in the brace. Really, I don't see how this happened.

I'm glad Hank is okay. Was he shook up after his ordeal or did he go on like normal?

I got to see Hank for the first time at Cory's shop before the 340 gallon tank broke and he was a beautiful fish for sure. I have not made it back up there to see his new tank, but it is a BIG tank! I think it has a 4' x 6' footprint. I sometimes click on the 'Hank cam' at the store and check him out. He is an awesome fish and makes me want a giant like that!

Loved the story of Hank, thank you for sharing him with us We were on the edge of our seats reading and it was awful to see him floating after being out of the water - so glad he made it!CoryWM wrote:I'd say roughly 24 inches including tail as he takes up half the tank when facing one end in the 75 gallon.
Is the Hank Cam still pointed at Hank? We checked it out a couple times and have not seen him swimming in view yet
