New 7Gal tank

Post by Mickle »

I'm thinking to small for a fig 8?
I would be willing to keep tank matenance like a freak if that helps lol
My secondary idea is to attempt breeding some American flag fish so theres always that lol
its a long tank: 24"x8"x8"

Just curious lol

A pair of Dwarf Puffers and a couple of ghost shrimp? With some java moss they might well breed for you, and they would enjoy searching that two foot length.

To me it is too small for an F-8.

rightio then :)
I think I'll try the flagfish, just because I've heard that they are very cichlid like in breeding and guarding the nest, is it just me facinated by this stuff? lol
I really originally set the tank up for that anyway, near a window for some algae growth for them :)
Thanks!
