Adding another pair of figure 8's

Post by Cdrdek »

Hey everyone I'm new here and had a question! I've had 2 figure 8's now for about a month. I bought them together and there in the same 50 gallon tank. So today I just bought 2 more that are about 3/4 the size of my original pair and I REALLY REALLY wanna have all four in the same tank. at the moment they are quarantined in a freshwater tank that I will slowly turn into brackish because that's how the store sold them to me. I was thinking of treating with paragard but unsure. Can I please get some feed back asap I dont wanna see Enzo and Aakkbbar kill there possible new buddies

I would suggest taking the 2 older ones out & redecorating the tank. Then add the 2 new ones & give them an hour or so to discover territories, then add the 2 old ones back in.

You're going to have to come up with crunchier options for their teeth:
