GSP with an always full belly

Post by Mharr31 »

So I’ve had my GSP for about a year and a half and I bought some frozen krill to start feeding him, he was eating a fresh water frozen mix of blood worms, brine shrimp, and some others, but after about a month of feeding him the frozen krill I noticed that his belly was always full looking. This has been going on for probably a month now with me switching back to his old food 2 weeks ago. I thought maybe he wasn’t able to digest the krill shell as well, but he eats snails with no problems. I’ve looked just about everywhere online and haven’t been able to find anything.

It is extremely important to greatly vary their food choices.
