New GSP

I bought a GSP about six weeks a go, after my previous one managed to jump out of the tank during the night (problem fixed). My last one was always eager for food and very active, but my new one always sticks to the back of the tank, will only eat when I leave the room/look away, and constantly has black all over his belly. I can't figure out what is wrong with him! I feed him a range of shrimp/snails/crabs and bloodworm.

The tank is fully cycled, parameters reading:

Ammonia: 0
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: 10ppm (2x weekly partial water changes)
Salinity: 1.011
Temp: 80 degrees

He is currently in a 70 litre/17 gallon tank, which I'm aware is too small and will be upgraded in the next few weeks, so that might be part of the problem. My other thought is that he may have internal parasites.

Any opinions/ideas are welcome! Just want to figure out what's wrong with the little guy

What makes you think he might have IPs?
