How many F8s

Post by Lionheart »

Sorry for another “how many can I keep” thread. Here are the specs:

36g bow front. 15"L x 30" W x 23.75"H
2 Aqueon 30 filters. 400gph
Aragonite sand
Brackish water of course
Lots of decor of course (would love some ideas on building platforms/mid-tiers to take advantage of the height of this tank).

I am thinking three, but you’ll probably say no more than two, right?

[welcome]
That comes to ~45g. It's recommended 15g for the 1st F8 & 10g for every other one added, so 3 is good. :)

Oh it’s a bow front, so the longest is 15” but the shortest is 12” so it comes out to be 36g

Is that cutting it too close?
