tank stocking question

i know you have pro answerd this question a million times but i will ask anyway. i have a new 75 gallon aquarium that i plan on housing f8's in. about how many do you think would be safe in it

Welcome. You could have 6. But you would be maxed. Go with 4 and some bbg's

4 sounds nice. I think i have enough filter. Im using two fluval 405?

You want about 10x flow per hour
It's amazing how easy maintenance is. If done regularly and thoroughly

So your saying i need 750 gph? I believe that the 05 are 340 gph each so i dont have quite enough?

6-10x is recommended so don't worry if you don't have the full 10x :)

As said above that will be good enough. You will be wise to stick with 4 . Always better to understock

F8s are usually good with tank mates. You could keep a dragon goby or knight gobies, mollies, chromides, glass fish & many more (just not ALL of them!).

I understand alge can be a problem with brackish water. So is their a tank mate better at helping this situation

Algae has many causes like if a tank is in direct sunlight etc.
