How big is your puffer??

Post by sparks42 »

How many inches long is your puffer?

What kind of puffer do you have?

Do you know how old your puffer is?

How much has your puffer grown since you had it?

My green spotted puffer is 1.5 inches long...including the tail. I've had Chomper for maybe 3 months, doesn't look like he's grown yet.
And I have no idea how old he is!

Hmm.. Bubba is a turgidus, about 5" long and full grown. I don't know how old he is, he was Pufferpunk's. Jeni, do you have any idea? Was he little when you got him or full grown?

Paris is about 5" long, she's still just a baby yet. Burrfish, she'll probably get to about 10-12".

Frank is a Figure 8, again, he's from a member on here and I'm not sure how old he is. He's probably 2" including his tail, but he has nematodes and might always be a little stunted. I don't know if he's still going to grow or if he's reached his full size.

My puffers:
Boeing is a tiny DP, a bit under 1" with tail, and not growing anymore. He's probably a year and a half old, maybe a couple months short of 2 years. Marilyn is a giant DP, over an inch and a half with tail, probably a bit under a year. Pig is nearly as big as Marilyn, and a few good months older, and Pip is only a bit bigger than Boeing, but still young and growing, probably only 8 or 9 months old.
Shakespeare is a 3" w/o tail GSP, I'd guess a year old. Jillybean is a 2" w/o tail GSP, probably 6-8 months old.
No matter how magnificent your successes or devastating your failures, the worlds' approximately 5 billion impoverished people could not possibly care less.

Octavia is 2" including tail, Figure 8 Puff. I have had her for 3 weeks, so I doubt she's grown in that time. I think she's under a year old. :)
