Definatly looks like a dwarf puffer to me, but i see the resemblence to a lineatus

A dwarf any way you look at it.
Spongy, the male dwarfs actually do look a lot like a little fahaka. Their spots will develop into stripes going down their body, and they will become quite yellow (the yellow actually is one of the first sexual differences to show up in young ones).
If you haven't, look at the dwarf puffer sexing article in the library, so you can see what an adult male will look like.
