T. Mbu

Post by pimms »

Hello,

Quick question really, on tank mates for a T. Mbu.
Does anyone have one of these little treasures and if so, do you have playmates for him?

I was hoping to get a couple of bristlenose plecos and a couple of eartheaters to clear up after him.

Any ideas...anyone....please....anyone :D

Thanks

I believe this can include small children and medium sized dogs as well.

Yeah, but just take my word for it, as testing it out may land you in trouble  .

It's not just the cost of the tank... It's the water bill, the electric bill, the grocery bill, the opportunity cost of maintenance, reinforced flooring, etc. If you can pull it off, it would be a dream come true for many aquariasts.

I don't tend to hide it - I'm one who thinks these fish shouldn't be offered for sale except by special permit.

I guess I am one of the lucky ones.

I live in a large house with lots of spare room. I have done my research and would not have bought one of these little guys if I did not have the capabilities to provide him with a long and happy life :D

At the moment he is only 4" so doesnt really need the tank I have planned for him. Plus its only in the design stage at the moment!

As soon as its up and running (give me 2 years) I will proudly show him off :D

I always dreamed of having a huge in wall tank in my house. How would you clean the tank though? Put on a scuba outfit and dive in with your vacuum
