They have the Dwarf Puffs at my LPS listed as "Golden BB Puffers" I've heard them called BB puffs before but I was wondering if there were color variations or if the LPS people were just confused, haha... I hadn't heard of any variations, has anyone else? I'll try to get a pic of the little guys tomorrow. Thanks!

Stores call fish whatever they want to call them. That's what makes things confusing for consumers. If they listed their scientific names, at least we'd have a better idea of what we were getting.

Boxer is correct,
Of my 4 local shops dwarf puffers have been called:
Golden Pigmy Puffers
Dwarf Golden Puffers
Striped Golden Dwarf Puffers
Goldern Dwarf Puffer
If shops would use scientific names it would save a load of problems for shoppers.
So, your best bet would be to get a picture and then check the Pufferpedia.
