Irrubesco Puffer

Post by LilBrick300k »

Hello, I have had this guy for a couple months with some other puffers and other tank mates. I discovered this spot on him, and I am wondering what it might be? My research hasn't given me any answers, so I thought I would ask y'all.

Are you referring to the black spot on his side? Does it look like a circle on the outside? What other tank mates is he living with?

It's more of an oval. He still eats well and acts normal. He is living with 3 other Irrubescos (2m 2f), a couple ghost shrimp, 8 Kuhlis, 6 pygmy corydoras, 1 Honeycomb catfish, and 1 Hillstream loach. It seems to be fading a little bit on 2 days of dosing Melafix.
