Hi all,
So I had a small pea puffer tank many years ago and they were my favorite fish. Don’t know why I got out of it other than having young kids.
Either way I want to jump back in with a shoaling group of 6, but my LFS only has 4 in stock while another has the remainder.
Does it matter much mixing and matching? I’d it vital to get all 6 at once or if I get 4 this week and another 2 next week, is that okay?
Thanks in advance!

I have 3 adults & will be getting more juvies this week. I have a heavily planted tank.
You are getting sleepy... you only hear the sound of my voice... you must do water changes... water changes... water changes... water changes...

Thanks, that’s good to know! I ended up taking your suggestion and got a few more. I now have 5 (1 didn’t make it but the rest are doing exceptionally well!) and I’m debating on 1-2 more max.Pufferpunk wrote: ↑Sun Jan 10, 2021 8:28 pm I have 3 adults & will be getting more juvies this week. I’m testing the waters with an amano as I really am anxious about the concern with keeping things clean, and free from algae as I have clay substrate, and so far so good. Thankfully the Amanos are fast as lightning
