Conch as food

Post by astrid37 »

Hello All,
I found some fresh raw conch meat at my local grocery, and just wanted to double check that it isn't poisonous to my schoutedeni? I froze it then thawed it and soaked it in vitachem, and will cut it up and feed it to them as long as it's not toxic.
Thanks in advance.

I don't see a problem. Why would you think it might be toxic?
You are getting sleepy... you only hear the sound of my voice... you must do water changes... water changes... water changes... water changes...

I just couldn't find any solid info online and only one instance of someone feeding it on TPF, so was exercising an abundance of caution :). Thanks, PP!
