Puffer Stressed After Moving

Hello,
Yesterday I moved my Duboisi puffer from my parents' house to my apartment, as I am finally able to have larger tanks where I am. He seemed to be alright during the flight, but when I added him to the tank (fully cycled, etc.) yesterday afternoon he seemed very stressed. I figured that he would be better this morning, but he is still sitting in one place with his fins clamped and breathing heavily. Is there anything that I could do to help, or should I just give him some more time to recover? Thank you.
