Pogo's new tank is coming along
It's a 55g with an aqua clear 70 and an extra bit of filtration on top. The "log" on top is a 3' long, 3" wide pvc pipe with the top cut out and filled with ceramic pebbles fed by a pump hidden in the stump on the right. It's planted with pothos (I've also got some spathiphylum for it). It eats nitrates up like crazy and also shades one end of the tank for a nice overgrown rivers edge kinda feel that I think he'll enjoy. I'm also planning to add a few more plants to the tank itself. Otherwise all that's missing is Pogo and his favorite piece of driftwood. Any thoughts or suggestions are welcome.
