Humpback puffer white patch?

hi guys got this guy/girl last week and so far they've been acclimatizing well, eating, fluttering around on occasion then floating back down to the sand, generally being as hilarious as a humpback can be

but last night i noticed this white patch on his/her skin?! you can see from the pic that they decided not to back into the parking spot (as it usually does) and also only park halfway into the stall before going to sleep :lol:

should I be concerned? water params are all 0 but ph is around 7.8 when i checked last night.

thanks, will try adding some aquarium salt and upping the temp before trying any meds in the tank :)
