Help identifying pufferfish from thailand

I saw these pufferfish for sale at a local petshop.
The store owner said he didn't know what the species is, but he mentioned that it was from a river in kanchanaburi, a province to the west of Thailand.
I think it might be a turgidus, cochinchinensis or abei puffer
but some of those are exclusively from the maekong river.

I would say P. Cochinchinensis, but you are correct that they all look pretty similar
