Twin spots

Post by NJD »

Hi all

I was in a lfs and they had 6 twin spot / target puffers crammed into a tiny tank. Half of the poor things had evidence of being attacked. 1 looked close to death. I asked the store manager who said he wanted rid of them and would take anything. Clearly they ordered these with no research.

I would love to rescue at least 1 or 2. Problem is i don't have a spare tank right now. I am in the process of setting up a fish room (yay!!) But realistically it will be 4-6 weeks before it is ready them. Is there any way I can temporarily house these with my palembangs ? Even with a divider?

The twin spots are a little smaller but not much

I know it is asking for trouble but the poor things looked terrible.

I’m guessing based on your username you’re in New Jersey? Shoot wish I was close enough to take one
Never trust big puffers. The fingers you save may be your own. -RTR
