New to south american puffers.

Post by Fish boy »

Hi,

I have a 27 gallon planted cube aquarium and recently bought 3 south american puffers. Will my aquarium be suitable for the puffers? Also I have other fish in there including 9 cardinal tetras and 3 Cory catfish along with 3 otocinclus.

Thanks

It's a little small for 3 SAPs. I have found they do much better with longer tanks. You might want to add more current to your tank for them. They are very active puffers.
