Fahaka puffer care

Post by Southpaw »

I have squeezed about every bit of knowledge about the fahaka puffer I can but there I know is still alot to learn. I plan to keep one in a 160 full grown but what do you recommend to keep beaks filed down and what are the best foods for them best substrate and are they poisonous I think they get it from there food though. What about live plants

They're not poisonous unless you eat them.

You are getting sleepy... you only hear the sound of my voice... you must do water changes... water changes... water changes... water changes...

When mine got bigger, I used to feed mine cockle shells, market shrimp, apple snails, and crab legs...heck, now that I think about it, he ate better than I did. Well, except for the snails..yuck. Kept mine in eco complete substrate with lots of plants and had no issues
