Hi everybody.
I'm new to the forum and this is my first post.
I got a dwarf puffer now for about a month. He is the cutest little thing and whenever he sees me, he just goes crazy as he knows that there is probably food coming, lol.
But there is a problem...he wont eat anything but brine shrimp! I have tried snails and bloodworms but he just ignore them.
Is it dangerous that he only eats that? Is he prone to diseases, lack of vitamins or anything related? A guy in the pet store tried to sell me some vitamin, so I can pour it on the brine shrimp when I feed him, but those are really expensive
Thanks for any info, guys!

Brine shrimp are basically 98% water--very little nutrition.
Mine would only eat live blackworms.
You are getting sleepy... you only hear the sound of my voice... you must do water changes... water changes... water changes... water changes...

Maybe you could try with marine fish eggs. At the first time my DPs did not eat them but at the secont time they accepted.
