That looks to be a Palembangensis. Long story short, freshwater lurker species, needs about 40 gallons/150 liters. Since their natural diet in the wild is fish, they will generally kill and eat any tankmates. Some people have had luck keeping them with their own species, but with LOTS of room in the tank for each fish.

I had one for a little while but on my way to cali from north carolina my tank busted in my car and had to sell him in tennessee somewhere. Anyway they are fun to watch and live in caves. Mostly active at night and eats crayfish brutally. love ghostshrimp too.
