Hello I'm Back Again

Post by FishFood16 »

So a couple of years ago i registered here because i was all excited by the idea of getting some dwarf puffers but in the end it never happened sadly, instead i got more in to looking after my fancy goldfish properly, learning more about fishkeeping and upgrading my gear. Currently i have a 200l with 2 fancys and 8 male guppies and I'm a bit fed up with it. I've come full circle again and want some fish that have real personality and size potential, I've kept big jaguars, parrots and an oscar before but want something really different. One thing that really interests me regarding puffers is that they are very specialist feeders and as you can probably guess from my name i kinda like fish food in the sense that when you feed your fish its the only time you really interact with it\them. I like trying all sorts of foods and i take note of the ingredients, knowing what ones are good or bad, it makes me feel better knowing they are being fed well sort of like when i do a water change it makes me feel better knowing the fish aren't swimming around in a load of nasty stuff. Getting a puffer really excites me like no other fish ever has. I was in my local Sainsburys supermarket yesterday and even tho i don't eat fish i went and had a look at all the fishy things i could feed my puffer and I'm even more excited after now that. Not sure when it will happen tho but definitely this year. Its going to take sometime to get everything i need because it all needs to be super sized because i plan on getting a fahaka. Can't wait!

Wow I'm the only one on this page without a welcome. Wish I didn't bother introducing myself.

Never trust big puffers. The fingers you save may be your own. -RTR

Really? Don't have a complex on an aquarium forum. We're just not that important here. ;)
You are getting sleepy... you only hear the sound of my voice... you must do water changes... water changes... water changes... water changes...
