Hello all!

I have some questions which i will save for another thread unless i am allowed to post them here.
I look forward to getting to know you all and my little red eye

His tail is usually not curled, he was feeding and i caust him mid turn...lol
Anyway, thanks for your time!

I like that bubble wall in the back. Helps oxygenate the water and higher temperatures since the water is less oxygenated. I like the looks of your puffer. One thing I would have went with live sand instead of rock to help balance out your PH, just food for thought. Sweet looking puffer.

Re: Returning puffer owner :)
This is a purely FW fish so live sand would not survive. If the water pH is low then aragonite substrate in the filter helps.
It is absurd to talk of one animal being higher than another. We consider those, when the cerebral structure/intellectual faculties most developed, as highest. A bee doubtless would when the instincts were.

Re: Returning puffer owner :)
Thanks all for the Welcome and I hope everyone had a great new Year
So we had a scare with some bad water but all is good now and hes is chubby and happy again:
I am going to rescape the tank soon with more plants, a lot less red gravel and some homemade LED moonlighting
