Would include fishes! I went to Scott's Pet Shop (3054 Wolf Rd, Westchester, IL 60154-5622 (708) 562-5000) on a friend's recommendation (she hadn't been there in years) and I was absolutely disgusted. Me and my wife left literally feeling sick to our stomachs.

I know the LFS will always cram the tanks but these guys went overboard, and 80% of the tanks were just plain with zero substrate... even there corals were just resting on glass.

I'm not exaggerating when I say that at least 33% of the tanks had multiple fishes dead and about 25% of the tanks had horrible ICH infections that could be seen from feet away.

Yeah, we've been hearing a lot of bad stuff for years about this shop, at my local reef club forum.

Wow, that's awful. I've never been into a store that had such bad conditions. Though, there is a store nearby that keeps tanks without substrate...the fish never seem to be sick...maybe they're just lucky.

WOW. That is really cruel of them. Don't do this, but SUE them!
