When you say vitamin water are you meaning the name brand vitamin water that comes in different flavors?

No, tap water mixed with liquid fish vitamins.

Lol I'm still learningall the lingo okay got it. So I guess jut to defrost food, the lvls of chlorine an flouride in my water are harmless for the puffer if its just to defrost right?..
