Hello fellow puffer fans,

I'm about to get Irrubescos (tank is currently cycling) and I was wondering which drugs you are using preventive for new puffers, which illnesses are common for red-eye puffers and which drugs may be useful to have at home.

Currently all I have is beta-glucan for my shrimp. I've read somewhere people also use it for fish but I did not do my homework yet and looked up if that makes sense.

Also I was wondering if you use vitamin supplements or something like that? Some people use garlic apparently and obviously gut-loading is a good idea, but what are you using for that? Just vegetable or also vitamin supplements?

I know there's probably no 'right' way to do it and people have different experience with different things, so I'm just hoping for some input and fruitful discussions. :grouphug:

I soak all foods I am defrosting in Vita-Chem.

Vitamins sound good, I'll get some.
