Valentini puffer mouth closed up

Recently my valentini tooth has grown quite a bit. He was still able to eat but he had a big buck tooth. I also noticed the right side of his mouth looked a bit swollen. Today his mouth is complete covered by what I thought was his tooth but looking closer, seems as tho the swelling has closed around the mouth making it seem shrunken, less white is visible from the tooth?
I’m really worried as he is now not eating and acting strange. Anyone got any ideas what may be happening?
Thanks!

hello!

i have a similiar problem, my fish have also a lump on lip, i have Xray from the fish, and i did antibiothic to put him better,
it can be an bacterial infection or a tumor, next week i go for biopsy the lump and see results if its cancer or bacterial infection, but i can tell u that the lump is an absses and probably need to be treated with injectable antibiothic, u nedd to go to a veterinary to find what is causing that absses…
