Orange Saddleback growths on mouth

Ok so my puffer hasnt eatten in 2 days.
STATS:
40b
0,0,10 cycled tank
2 orange saddlebacks
2 green chromids
Handful of guppie fri the puffers were supposed to eat
I cant get any pictures to upload, so I'm not sure anyone can help but they look like litte bumps and the one side of his mouth looks "pulled back" a bit
If someone can tell me how to upload pics I'll be happy to but it sais files too large
