Sick Puffer

I got a free target puffer. He is sick, and I took him home to see if I could save him. I got him yesterday. He is in a 20 gallon tank while I try to save him. The tanks parameters are normal. He has only been in my tank 24 hours. I have added aquarium salt to the tank. There are feeder goldfish in the tank. Someone said they think he is a humpback puffer not a target. I have added aquarium salt to his tank. Any other advice would be greatly appreciated! I think it will probably be too late for him but worth a shot! It says my photos are too large so I will try to attach in a comment. He has a cloudy eye and a patch of white/grey area.

Get those goldfish out of there! They're only going to or disease and waste to the tank. Can you post a photo of your fish so we can identify it? It will also help us to identify what is wrong with him. What are the symptoms?
