flubendazol for Fahaka

Hi,
I have had my new fahaka for a week now. He's eating really well (bloodworm and small snails).
I want to treat him for IP's just in case (plus I think he looks a bit skinny even though eating well).
He is currently about 2 inches. I have done my research but I am still a bit confused as to how to treat him. If I soak bloodworm in flubendazol for say an hour before feeding him, can i then just give him the bloodworm? Does it matter how much I use, as long as all of the bloodworms are covered?
Do I need to repeat this? if so how many times and at what intervals?
Thanks
