Why, oh why, do people invest all that goes into having an aquarium, then skimp out on a quality liquid test kit?

Very good point! I dont know how many times I have seen people post about a problem or issue with their fish and when asked 'what are your parameters?' they respond 'good'. When asked for specifics you find they have no water test kit at all! lol
