My planted tank the past year

Post by Johanski »

A high light planted tank is not easy to manage. First two months it looked like this:

Then like this

Then a co2 leakage, and me being slow on re-filling the tube, made it look like this again:

Now, three months later, all the algea suddenly died, and the plants started growing faster than I could manage. It needs a trim, and a scape, but i love the colors. Bet my M. abei love it in there : D

Thanks! Yea, I'd love for someone to take my trimmings. I hate throwing away plants. All my friends got enough of my rotala already, lol.

Oh I see, no offense but how boring! If I had such a nice planted tank, it'd be for millions of shrimp, not a puffer :) I still love puffers though.

I've had enough of shrimps. They're not nearly as fascinating or interesting as puffers. <3
