Puffers and 3d backgrounds

Post by sclarke »

I have a tank with a diy foam 3d background. I'm thinking of using it for South American Puffers. Does anyone keep puffers in a tank like this? Should I be concerned about the puffers chewing on it?

It should be fine, as long as it leaves enough good swimming room.
