On that linkie if scroll there are lots of images (sorry I am so rubbish at uploading).
They are similar to pea puffs but less vivid mottle markings and bright orange stripes on their bellies which hadn't seen before?

Honestly I would guess that they are Carinotetraodon Imitator, a species discovered in the 1990's that is very similar to the common dwarf puffer (C. Travancoricus)

How can you tell the difference between these two then?

They have more orange on their bellies and more faded dots.
