t. schoutedeni care
Hey guys whats the minimum sized tank for a t. schoutedeni please? Can they be kept in groups? Thanks
Re: t. schoutedeni care
I know 2 people with them. One has a 20L and the other has a 29g. Both are doing great. I've seen them with tank mates, but not at adult size with each other. Pretty passive puffer from what I've seen so they may get along, but who knows. I wouldn't try it in anything under a 40b with a standby tank ready.
Very nice puff by the way. I wish they were more common so the price goes down

20L (5g) isn't nearly large enough, even for a singleton!

Re: t. schoutedeni care
I have two in a 55g - personally wouldn't go smaller as they love exploring and the space.
They have been passive to bristlenose, guppies and tetras - even shrimp. 6mth old juvis so will see as they mature.
