My new puffer likes to go upside with rocks?

He is acting normal and eating and swimming fine but keeps going up to rocks and going upside down and just holding himself in place there? Is this normal?

No, it's not. He's swimming normally? Not upside-down any other times?

Yeah he swims totally fine and eats but then I see him go up to a rock or plant and turn and chill there. I thought he was stuck the first time so I tried to free him but he just swam away when the net came close

They can swim upside down and odd angles due to their finnage. But mere seconds usually from what I've seen while exploring
