The photos don't show well but it looks like Takifugu niphobles.

i have been searching of a day and the most possible one i could find is milk spot, Chelonodon Patoca. but still not 100% sure. my lfs sent me the pic and told me it's some kinds of fugu. but it doesnt look too common and not easy to collect the information.
i will do some research on Takifugu niphobles . base on the lfs stats it's fugu, i think yours could be more close.

Possibly a milkspot, both are fugu (Takifugu) puffers, which are marine species.
