a noob in need of tips

Post by wieny »

im fairly new to this hobby. ive own fish before but i feel ready for something more intermediate and the GSP really caught my eye! but the more i researched i found that the F8 would be much more suitable for me. i have a 30 gallon tank from my previous aquarium. My biggest trouble so far is trying to find a place that will sell me an f8. I'd preffer not to order online and i really don't know where to go.

Try the mom & pop shops. Look far & wide.

Your going to have to see if they can order. Petco can, but I went with privately owned store. Good choice gsp's and ceylon's require a venture into sw which can be overwhelming

it might help to know what region you live in, maybe more suggestions that way
I was hesitant about mail order, but ordering from The Wet Spot in Portland, Oregon was a pleasure
