my fish tank cought on fire

The negative came lose from the power line surged out my house and set fires multiple places. I put all the fires out saved the tank but the puffers seemed stressed since

Be sure there is no stray electricity in their tank. Easy way to do that is stick a finger in.
Did you rewire everything?
