Well the one on the left is a Palembang puffer(Monotrete Palembangensis). The one on the right is porbably the same, but it's hard to tell from the front.

Yep both are the same. Palembang puffer(Monotrete Palembangensis) like nahum13 stated. I have also seen them being called King Kong puffer's.

I agree with the other posters these look like Monotrete Palambangensis. I've never heard them called Popeye puffers usually King Kong, Dragon or Humpback.
