I made the register capcha more difficult to combat spammers. If you're new & trying to register are having trouble with this, pleas let me know here.

We are now using google recaptcha as our captcha. We are currently on phpbb 3.1, but we are going to upgrade to phpbb 3.2 as soon as it gets released. 3.2 has support for the new google recaptcha that just has a single checkbox.
