Can someone please ID this fish, was told its an Abei puffer

I think it is an Abei, albeit a very thin one.

Im assuming its a juvie? I was told by the supplier that it came in as "Large" .

Thinking I might have to dose it with prazipro once it gets settled in.

Someone with good knowledge on puffers told me that this may be a tetraodon duboisi.

Not a T. duboisi. Wrong body shape and in addition this puffer has a target spot. I think M. abei.
