Watch your fingers he could easily have them off, it will only take a lapse in concentration from either of you to happen. Fantastic looking fish btw
It's amazing how easy maintenance is. If done regularly and thoroughly

I''m always careful. He's not very aggressive about taking the food, and pays no attention to my hands when they're in the tank. Sometimes I have to tease him a bit to make him come all the way up. But yes, always very careful. I let go a moment before he grabs it, while keeping my fingers above water when he goes to take the food.
