Thank you. I decided that if I'm going to have a high-end brackish or full marine aquarium, it should have color.Pufferpunk wrote:Very colorful!

Adding a backing would upgrade the appearance by hiding the cords.

Re: My GSP tank
That was my very first thought. I think fish feel mor comfortable with a background too.RTR wrote:Adding a backing would upgrade the appearance by hiding the cords.
And spend a few dollars for some background adhesive. The difference over just taping it on is night and day. http://www.drsfostersmith.com/product/p ... atid=18280
You might also hang the heater diagnally under the filter with part of the lower heater near the filter intake.
There are many knowledgeable fish keepers on this forum willing to help and give great advice...The advice is free; What you choose to do with it gives it value.
Re: My GSP tank
Thank you so much for the tips! I am currently looking for a background. I never thought about putting the heater under the filter intake.
I really appreciate any and all advice and suggestions.

Re: My GSP tank
I have added a temporary background to my GSP tank. I have plans for a different background, but need to get supplies.

Re: My GSP tank
He is so cute, so tiny in there
Re: My GSP tank
Ok, so..... I'm still working on the background. I really like the blue, and how it reflects up into the water. Here's my latest idea/attempt:
Re: My GSP tank
He does look tiny for now (about 2"), but that means he has a lot of room to swim about and grow into.GSP32 wrote:He is so cute, so tiny in there
