Fish Rooms and Mixing Setups

Post by JRC3 »

Anybody want to share their fish room and mixing setups?

Here is a vid of my fish-room closet.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6sblWago ... e=youtu.be

Brackish vessel on the left and fresh on the right. The darker hose on the right floor is for WC draining and flows directly outside my house from my basement. The white PVC in the middle is my tapwater supply. The clear hoses hanging up top I attach to the pumps in the vessels to pump the water directly to fish tanks. The white 5g bucket with the HOB filter is a snail farm to feed puffers.

This is to maintain my fish-room w/ 75g, 55g, 46g, and 29g FW and BW tanks. I also keep a 10g QT tank in my non-fish hobby room around the corner. I'll post my full fish room later.

I set this up last winter but I finally installed a dedicated GFI outlet, shelves and such for better organization, and added the snail bucket for breeding...More about that later.

Anybody else wanna share their setups?
