Re: Snoopy's tank
No worries, good excuse to set up another tank.
It's amazing how easy maintenance is. If done regularly and thoroughly

Re: Snoopy's tank
Hi there. I think, have "problem" with my DPs.. They dont want to eat last days..Not so much as usually.. maybe cause of new filter, "stronger" water stream? They are hiding behind rear plants in tank. Do they mind that stream? I know they are not good "swimmers".. (I think). Parameters of water: NO3 - 0, PO4 - 0,25mg/l. Water changing: cca 30% of water every week..
Thank you for your advices..

Re: Snoopy's tank
It could well be the stronger flow, can you face the return towards a tank side to diffuse it? When you replaced the filter did you add your old filter media to the new filter?

Re: Snoopy's tank
Yep, I replaced cca 80% of filter media from "old" filter. Flow is "directed" more to surface then to "front" glass of aquarium.

Re: Snoopy's tank
Try aiming it direct to the closest side of the aquarium, it should decrease the flows force. See if they like that better

Re: Snoopy's tank
I am sorry, I forgot.. There are not lily pipes anymore.. In a tank, there is "original" ramp http://www.akvariumonline.sk/6072-9853- ... -900-1.jpg what is "catched" on backside of tank. Water flow wasnt good with lilly pipes (black algae)

Re: Snoopy's tank
The same amount will flow through your tank, if you end up with dead spots then move it a little until no dead spots and fish are happy
