Not on Much

Post by Pufferpunk »

Sorry I haven't been on much lately. Hubby was in a terrible motorcycle accident Sunday, so I'm at his side all day. Lots of broken ribs & his entire shoulder is shattered. Hopefully surgery today or tomorrow. At least I was able to do all my WC last night...

Keep offering the good advice I've taught all of you!
You are getting sleepy... you only hear the sound of my voice... you must do water changes... water changes... water changes... water changes...

I am terribly sorry that both of you have had to deal with so much tragic misfortune this past year. And dont worry we will make sure the forum doesnt implode and lots of puffer owners will be able to provide a good life for their fish with our help. :)
WARNING: Puffers are mischievous little blimps with enchanting powers. You may not be content with having just one.

Aw that's terrible! I hope you both are doing ok. Good luck for a speedy and successful recovery!
P.S. I'd agree everyone else has everything under control, they're always continuing to help others as far as I can tell =D

I’ve lost 2 lbs since this all started on Sunday. I can’t say I’m complaining…

Hubby update: We decided to go with the surgeon offered. He seems to be the best man for the job within this hospital & with Medicare, we really have no other options. Unfortunately, because we waited a day for a 2nd opinion & then another day for the surgeon to get back to us, he now doesn't have time to do the surgery, until next Wednesday. Either that or he copped resentment because we didn't have faith in him right away, to let him do the surgery Monday night.
