Post by losertastictoaster »

On a recent family trip to the beach i saw these cute little puffer toys and scooped a few up. Once home i stuck an eye pin through them and attached them to earrings and walla cute little puffer earrings.
Excuse the horrible camera phone pictures.

You could make a ton of $$$ off of us...
"I will give you a talisman. Whenever you are in doubt, or when the self becomes too much with you, apply the following test. Recall the face of the poorest and the weakest man whom you may have seen, and ask yourself, if the step you contemplate is going to be of any use to him or her. Will she gain anything by it? Will it restore her to a control over her own life and destiny? In other words, will it lead to freedom for the hungry and spiritually starving millions? Then you will find your doubts and your self melt away."

If I had pierced ears I would wear those in an instant. So cute! Great conversation starter too!
It is absurd to talk of one animal being higher than another. We consider those, when the cerebral structure/intellectual faculties most developed, as highest. A bee doubtless would when the instincts were.

At first I was worried the reactions i would get when I wore them out in public but a lot of people came up and complimented me on them. I wore them on a recent trip to the lfs and sparked a conversation with the puffer guy there. Which ended in him saying he'd give me call when they some of the rarer puffs in and I can kind of have first dibs.

192 / 2 = 96 sets / 90 = $1.07 per set .. probably retail for about $2 ~$3 per set. Not a bad turn over if you can sell them.

Hi,

My wife is a glass bead artist and one of her longtime popular sellers are her puffer earrings.

She also makes a pendant with similar beads
